Just up the road from Lucille’s Mountaintop Inn & Spa is the Sautee Nacoochee Center (SNC), a local gem known for its wonderful museums, art galleries, classes, and shows—and always a popular place for guests.This holiday season, the SNC is offering a range of great events with a little something for every interest: music, theater, art and history. A Christmas Carol. Dickens’ tale gets a little dose of humor in this retelling of the holiday classic.

Georgia Guitar Quartet. Part of SNC’s Cannon Classical Series, the ensemble will be performing chamber and classical guitar music.

Christmas at the Cabin. The Nocoochee Slave Cabin is transformed for the holidays with glowing fires, garlands of greenery, hand-crafted decorations, and aromas of hot mulled cider and gingerbread.

Gallery Shows. Past and present artists contribute to the next art gallery show, Remember When – Early Days. The hallway gallery exhibit will feature the works of Peggy Thomas, a fine artist from Prosperity, South Carolina.
