Lucille’s Mountaintop Inn & Spa is surrounded by counties that are known for their wonderful farmland, orchards, wineries, and breweries. Joining together, these communities and businesses form the North Georgia Farm Trail, and foodie guests will find lots to love taking a circle tour.
While the main focus of the trail is homegrown foods, any trek will also uncover a range of natural attractions, historic sites, and local artisans. You can tour farms, then savor farm-to-table dining at one of the town’s notable restaurants. Shop a local farmers market or stop by an orchard to pick your own peaches or berries. Relax on a winery patio sampling the vintages, visit one of the micro-breweries and distilleries, or stop into the studio of an artisan and learn all about a local craft. All along the way, you can enjoy beautiful forests, parks, waterfalls, and historic points of interest. There are also annual festivals that celebrate the area’s food and art culture.
